The Site itself is an educational publication: nothing published here binds, quotes, or issues coverage, and reading the Site does not create an agent-client relationship. Our goal is to help homeowners understand carrier eligibility rules, coverage options, and the Florida insurance market using information compiled from public and carrier-published sources.

We do not promise that a public source remains current or applies to every program, address, property, applicant, or effective date, and exact nonpublic underwriting guidance is not intended for publication on this Site. We work to keep information current, but we don’t guarantee that any fact on this Site is accurate, complete, or up to date. Our tools

Tools on this Site, including the carrier matcher and the coverage compare tool, provide informational estimates based on the details you enter and our compiled carrier data. They are not applications, quotes, or offers of insurance, and a tool result does not guarantee that any carrier will offer you coverage or at what price. Only a carrier or a licensed agent can confirm actual eligibility, coverage, and premium.

Get Matched with an agent

If you use the “Get Matched” feature, you agree that we may share the contact and property information you submit with J&C Agency LLC, the Florida-licensed insurance agency that operates this Site — or, when you ask about a carrier it is not appointed with, with a partner Florida-licensed agent — so they can contact you about your inquiry. Ownership, independence and referrals

This Site is owned and operated by J&C Agency LLC, a Florida-licensed insurance agency, and Get Matched inquiries go to that agency or to a partner Florida-licensed agent. No carrier pays for placement or for a favorable description, and whether the operating agency is appointed with a carrier never determines how that carrier is described or whether a correction is accepted.
