floridahomeinsurances.com is not an insurance carrier and does not make underwriting decisions. Information on this site summarizes publicly available materials and general market considerations. General ranges are educational only. They are not a carrier’s complete underwriting guidelines, a quote, an offer, or a guarantee that a property or applicant will qualify. Availability, eligibility, pricing, coverage, forms, inspections, and documentation requirements can change and may vary by carrier, policy form, county, property, applicant, and effective date. Before relying on any figure or description, confirm the current requirement directly with the carrier or a Florida-licensed agent who is appointed with that carrier. No pay-for-placement

Carriers do not pay for placement or favorable descriptions on this site. Licensing categories, appointments, and the legal duties an agent or broker owes can vary by relationship and are ultimately governed by Florida Statutes and Florida Department of Financial Services rules.

J&C Agency LLC is paid commissions by the insurance companies it places policies with. Commissions are included in the premium the insurer charges; there is no separate fee to you for a quote.

Our tools and calculators

Our carrier matcher, eligibility checker, and other comparison tools compare public information and general market context. They do not reproduce nonpublic underwriting guidance, evaluate a completed application, provide a quote, or determine eligibility. Confirm every result with the carrier or an appointed Florida-licensed agent. The Escrow Impact Estimator specifically gives a quick premium-only estimate; it does not replace your mortgage servicer’s official annual escrow analysis.

Guides are education, not advice
