FloridaHomeInsurances.com (the “Site”) is a research directory covering Florida homeowners insurance, operated by J&C Agency LLC, a Florida-licensed insurance agency (Raymundo Guzman, FL license W512374). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on the Site:

Contact form (/contact/): if you send us a general message, we collect your name, email address, the message itself, and an optional date you provide. We use this solely to respond to your message.

Quote request forms (on carrier, guide, eligibility and checklist pages, and on /get-matched/): if you ask to be contacted by a licensed agent, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whether the property is currently insured. You may also give the property’s street address and city (optional) and, on some checklist pages, an optional date (such as an expected closing date). Requests sent before October 2026 may also include a ZIP code, the property type, and the insurance company you asked about. Each submission also records the page it was sent from and your consent choice, including the consent wording shown, the time, and the IP address and browser used, so we have a record of your consent.

Beyond these forms, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information common to virtually all websites, such as IP address and browser type, for security and site-performance purposes. We do not run advertising pixels (such as Facebook or Google Ads tags) on the Site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and what type of device is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages visited, approximate location, and browser type. We do not send form contents, names, phone numbers, or email addresses to Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used only to read and respond to your message. Quote request submissions are used to connect you with J&C Agency LLC, the Florida-licensed insurance agency that operates this Site, so we can follow up with you directly.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we don’t share it with marketers or data brokers.

If you submit a quote request form, we share the details you provided with J&C Agency LLC, the Florida-licensed insurance agency that operates this Site, so we can contact you by phone, text, or email as you’ve agreed to on that form. This is part of our ordinary insurance business; your information is never sold.

Contact form messages are not shared with any third party; they go only to us.

How long we keep your information

Information submitted through a quote request form is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Contact form messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. See “Your rights” below.

Cookies

The Site uses Google Analytics cookies, as described under Analytics above. It does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may still receive small technical cookies needed for basic site functions, such as caching by our hosting provider, that don’t identify you personally.

We will respond to reasonable requests promptly.

Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the Site changes. For example, if we add new tools or change how our quote request forms work. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
