We publish what carriers own underwriting guidance says about roof age, home age, plumbing and electrical systems, prior claims, and Citizens Insurance relationships, alongside tools to check your home against that guidance.

What we are not

We are not an insurance agency. We do not sell policies, we are not owned by any insurance company, and we do not provide personalised insurance advice. Every profile on this site tells you the same thing: confirm directly with the carrier or a licensed agent before making a coverage decision.

How we build carrier profiles

Each profile is compiled from the carrier published underwriting materials and public regulatory records, then reviewed before it goes live. That is why we add carriers a few at a time rather than publishing hundreds of thin listings.
